Shipping Policy

Q. When will I receive my order?

We deliver your order inside Dhaka in 2-7 days and outside Dhaka 5-10 days. Some vendors may take more time, in this case either it will be mentioned in the product page (when you click a product to buy from our website, you find a product page), or we will inform you about it.

Q. How can I track the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order by logging into your account with our website. After confirming your order, our team will send you an email and/or SMS mentioning a tracking number. So, you will be able to track your order easily.

Q. What is the expected delivery time for my order?

After your order is confirmed, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Note: If your order has multiple items, you might receive the items in separate packages.

If you are in Dhaka:

In case we are unable to deliver your package, you will also be reminded by an SMS about our attempt to deliver your order. After 2 attempts, the order shall be cancelled.

Q. How much is charged for shipping?

Shipping charge will be shown in the checkout process. For lightweight products, shipping charge is as below:

Inside Dhaka – 60 Taka

Outside Dhaka – 95 Taka

For Bulky items, shipping charge is subject to the weight of the item.

Shipping Hints:

The lighter your order weight is; the less you'll pay for shipping.

The higher the number of items in your order; the less you'll pay for shipping per item.

Delivery practices:

Sealed items or packages cannot be opened unless the payment is made to the Delivery Agent. The Delivery Agent shall not take the item back if the seal has been opened.

If you later find out that there is any issue with the product bought, you can request a return by calling our Customer Service.

Please keep in mind that the item's condition has to conform to our Return Policy.

Delivery security:

Orders are only delivered to a private address (home or work address).  Please note that, we cannot deliver any order to public places, streets, cafes and/or restaurants. If the payment is made with a credit/debit card, the person receiving the order at the delivery address needs to show his or her CNIC to our Delivery Agent.
